Conor and Natasha

I first met Natasha and Conor one quiet morning last spring to discuss the potential of shooting their wedding. They were incredibly invested in making sure that their details were delicate and thorough, drawing on their mutual love of travel to set the theme. I was incredibly excited when they chose me as their photographer, and anxious to get out to The Wayside Inn in Sudbury to explore the New England history.

The whole wedding was a family affair, with Conor's dad officiating the ceremony and Conor's brother giving an excellent toast and ripping it up on the dance floor. It was also a goal of mine to capture the quiet moments between Natasha and her mom - there was such a strong connection and sense of pride.

Here are a few of my favorite images, although to be honest it was hard to narrow it down. Beautiful people + beautiful setting = one memorable night. Congratulations, Conor and Natasha!

Althea and Chris: Good Food, Great Music

I first met Althea when she was a student teacher at my school a few years back. Teaching middle school is a messy job, so it was amazing to see her transformation to beautiful bride. Althea perfected all of the details of her wedding day, from a beautiful dress with modern Japanese flair to a bouquet that included ocean-like succulents. Althea and Chris also put a significant emphasis on two major components of their wedding - food and music. If you haven't been to Oleana Restaurant in Cambridge you should probably go tonight. I highly recommend a seat on the patio. Althea and Chris also the pleasure of a private performance by the Roy Sludge Trio, a great local act. It was a truly stunning event. As always, a shout out to Kendra for being the best 2nd shooter.
